Our training philosophy is simple. First, you cannot train professionals and their staff how to be more effective in a one- or two-day seminar without extensive follow-up. It takes time, with continuing, ongoing reinforcement, using both live interactive coaching and committed trainers who take a personal interest in helping you grow both professionally and personally.
Secondly, we believe in Reinforcement Training. What differentiates Sales Evolution from “motivational” seminars or other inspirational programs is a sustained commitment to continual incremental change and personal development. Without it, most individual and corporate training investments end up on a shelf in the form of unopened binders, collecting dust, never to be opened or implemented. The end result: you’ve made a big investment in expensive training and development, and don’t see any real improvement or return on equity.
These programs aren’t for everyone. The effectiveness of our work is dependent upon you as the leader, and your ability to hold your people accountable to use the process and the coaches. If you won't enforce this accountability for them to change, you are wasting their time and your money.
